Tchinjo Ornela, a passionate Cameroonian Yoga teacher, fitness trainer, and exercise therapist, embarked on her journey to inspire and transform lives through wellness. Born with an innate curiosity for movement and holistic health, Tchinjo discovered her calling early on. In 2018, she made a pivotal decision to relocate to Ghana, where she found a vibrant community eager to embrace her teachings. With a blend of traditional wisdom and modern fitness techniques, she quickly became a sought-after figure in the wellness scene. From leading invigorating yoga sessions to crafting personalized fitness programs, Tchinjo’s dedication to her craft shines through in every aspect of her work. Her mission extends beyond physical fitness, as she strives to empower individuals to cultivate balance, strength, and serenity in both body and mind. Trained Hatha Yoga under the Guidance of Sadghuru in India, the training was 6mnts, pairing training with volunteering in the Ashram gave way to creating Yoga spaces in South Africa and in Switzerland for people of color. I teach Hatha Yoga and Kundalini with gave me a sanctuary in South Africa as it opened doors for teachers of color and by adding movement with Yoga has given me a direction of how we worshiped our people and opened our hearts through movement and meditation through Yoga
Joseph Desideratus Dushimimana is a social entrepreneur who uses mindfulness-based practices to serve the community.He graduated from the 3-year Africa Yoga Project Academy Program; he is Level II certified teacher by the Batiste Institute of Power Yoga; Level III certified breath-body-mind instructor and he did trauma-informed training. He has learned mindfulness meditation under different Theravada teachers. He is a Progressive student of Qigong at Immortal Arts Academy. These practices have been therapeutic tools for him and also an opportunity to be of service to the community. His teaching style is a blend of meditative postures, movements, and breath work.
