Vinyasa in Lome, Togo
While in Togo, Yoga Experiences Africa Founder Leah Nduati got the opportunity to practice with Ha Millard who runs Yoga avec Ha in Lome, Togo.
This was another yoga class taught entirely in French and extremely rewarding. “Taking Ha’s class opened my mind to how far I can push poses such as ‘thread the needle’. I actually borrowed some of her transitions when I got back to my students in Ghana.”, said Leah.
It is such a blessing to have the opportunity to travel and meet teachers across the continent. Yoga experiences Africa attempts to bring these experiences closer to practitioners to encourage them. You can practice yoga anywhere you land in Africa.
