I was introduced to yoga by my friend, almost 15 years ago. Initially, I was attracted to it for the physical aspects, but I was missing out on a lot. Thankfully, I was a student for a few years, before I decided to become a teacher, and traveling to Rishikesh, India for my teacher training was one of the best decisions I ever made. 

I am passionate about sharing the benefits of yoga with my students and love to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere in my classes. In addition to my yoga training I’m also a certified personal trainer. In my sessions I combine my knowledge of anatomy and alignment with the principles of yoga to create a safe and effective practice for students of all levels. I also integrate elements of mindfulness and meditation into the classes to help students find balance and inner peace.

I do teach a variety of classes including Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Hatha, and Restorative yoga, however, flows are my favorite 🙂 I do offer private sessions for individuals or small groups and I look forward to sharing and learning with you on the mat.
