Meanwhile, Yin yoga offers a deeply restorative experience, focusing on long-held postures that release tension and promote relaxation. Each class is thoughtfully themed around yoga philosophy, offering insights that enhance your practice on and off the mat. I cater to mixed abilities, ensuring everyone finds their place on the mat.
