I’m Rana, a Kundalini yoga teacher based in Cairo Egypt, who’s passionate about the path of awakening and was impacted a lot by the practices of yoga, I’ve been practicing yoga since 2016 and tried almost all types of yoga, but Kundalini resonates with me the most, I feel it impacts on all the realms especially that I enrolled with the training in 2021 when I was having a stomach ulcers which have been healed without medication just by maintaining the practice.
