Sarah Mills yoga practice is heavily yin influenced – similar to her personality. She incorporates principles of meditation and Shotokan karate (which she practiced for 15+ years and has an advanced belt in), in a way that builds strength, grace and agility. Her classes are rhythmic and the perfect blend of reflection and thoughtful movement. Many describe her class as ‘conscious yoga’.
