Greetings, I’m Linny, also known as Linda Adua, hailing from the vibrant northern region of Ghana, particularly Navrongo. My journey into the realm of fitness and wellness spans six enriching years. Initially immersed in the world of bodybuilding, my path took an unexpected turn due to a lower back injury caused by excessive weightlifting. This setback led me to discover the healing power of yoga, igniting a new chapter in my life.My yoga journey commenced as a means to heal my body and mind after the challenges I faced. Already deeply rooted in the fitness domain, transitioning to become a dedicated yoga coach felt like a natural progression. Guided by my passion for holistic well-being, I ventured into the teachings of yoga with a resolute spirit. Join me as we traverse the path to wellness together. My journey began when I chanced on a yoga page on Instagram in 2019, at the time I had zero knowledge on what the practice was about but personally, it was all about being able to do all those crazy yoga moves . (FLEXIBILITY) I read about the practice ,then decided to take a class.

rene Donati is a dedicated yoga teacher who has been sharing her passion for yoga in the vibrant city of Accra since 2016. With a deep commitment to inclusivity and diversity, she is the visionary founder of “Yoga for Unicorns,” a groundbreaking yoga concept that advocates for the practice of yoga as a welcoming and accessible discipline for all, regardless of gender, race, body type, religion, or culture. Irene’s journey into the world of yoga began as a personal pursuit of wellness and self-discovery.

In Darling’s experience, she discovered that yoga keeps one at peace, not just physically but also mentally and emotionally. So she wanted to share this gift with everyone.

Bella is a Psychotherapeutic yoga professional and a Certified Baptiste Power Yoga Teacher. She is based in Mombasa and is honored to share the holistic effects of Yoga with anyone she gets to teach and/or engages with in wellness talk.
