Dr. Wanida Lewis started practicing yoga in 2010 as part of her distance running regimen while in graduate school in Raleigh, NC. It was not love at first practice, but eventually Wanida grew to love yoga over time especially for her shin splints.

Hi there! My name is Yvonne Ilupeju, a yoga student and teacher. My brand name is “Inisyoga” and I am a dedicated and passionate yoga teacher with 3 years of experience guiding students on their yoga journeys.

Originally from Mexico, I have had the pleasure of travelling the world gaining experience in many different countries.
