With a background in Psychology, Industrial Psychology, Yoga and Mindfulness, I have been establishing a personal brand endorsing health, wellness and happiness through the practice of yoga and related techniques.

Motolani Aransiola is a Healthy Lifestyle Ambassador & Coach, founder of Rhodes Yoga Nigeria, a healthy lifestyle establishment focused on fostering good health and wellness in the African community through Yoga.

Nyakinyua is a trained counsellor, and certified yoga teacher, having taken her first yoga teacher training in 2014 with the Africa Yoga Project. Nyakinhyua found yoga during a time when she was experiencing emotional dysregulations and was seeking tools that could help with healing/growth.

I began my exploration of yoga 30 years ago and completed a 3 year Teaching diploma with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2008, studying Physiology, Philosophy and many other aspects of yoga. I am continuously learning and fueling my passion by attending yoga retreats and workshops.

Syren Empress aka Shaine’ Jaysmine Young founded the Syren Waters Empire in June of 2014 as a massage business Syren Waters quickly evolved along with the Empress herself with intentions set on natural self healing, the sacred union, free flowing movement and building naturopathic healing centers in tropical environments.

Meet Latif, the power yoga teacher who’s all about peace, love, and community. With a Level 1 certification in 2016 and Level 2 and 3 in 2017, Latif has dedicated his life to the practice of yoga.

“Subhadra” Sandra Griffiths has been practicing and sharing yoga and wellness for twenty eight years. Journeying from humble beginnings of Jamaica, overcoming abuse and poverty to owning Yoga Angels International. Subhadra has been featured in Forbes Magazine and has established one of the only children’s yoga programs with the City of Beverly Hills California.

When yoga was first introduced to me I was super amazed by the fact that a human body can twist and turn into pretzel-like poses, seriously!! Who knew the human body could bend like that? I was never interested in the practice itself at first but I wanted to get my body to do amazing poses.

Angelique Numugeni is an experienced Life Skills Senior Coordinator. Driven by her love of working for the community she takes pride in helping others by teaching them skills that will have a strong and positive impact for years to come.
