As a Learning and Designer Consultant, it’s my forever job to learn and transmit what I learn to others, and that is what I love the most about yoga It’s a forever path of non-stop learning. I started my yoga journey in 2018 with a profound love for air yoga and inversions it’s where I found myself the most grounded and where everything started to make sense. So following my love for movements and self-discovery I started being dedicated to powerful strength classes, always open to trying and learning more so I became a part of organizing yoga events. As my practice deepened, and I know how much I am hooked to this I decided to pursue further growth and took my 200 RYT. This is where everything made sense, where all the puzzle pieces started to connect So, with a background in the learning field, a choice to teach yoga was simply second nature for me. Living a healthy life and finding spiritual peace are the cornerstones of my journey, and my forever dedication to yoga goes beyond a mere routine—it’s an all-consuming passion.
My teaching of yoga is grounded in inclusivity and holistic well-being, with a specific focus on centring self-care through collective care, particularly for Black people and especially Black women. I offer vinyasa-style yoga that balances strength and stillness, catering to all levels. My classes are designed to showcase the duality of yoga: strong yet soft, agile yet firm, and focused yet free
