Caroline Ntwanano is an internationally accredited professional group, corporate, private & prenatal yoga Instructor. She began her yoga journey in 2012 at the Maharishi Institute Johannesburg. Her hard work, passion & consistency comes with a strong business background which as a result she founded & is the CEO of NANOSQUAT WELLNESS, a wellness company focusing on teambuilding, fitness & yoga. In recognition of her talents she holds qualifications in Psychology, Radio, Marketing, digital branding & Nutrition. Inspired to do more her primary goal is to have yoga academies across Africa to help best intergrade and enhance academic productivity, human capacity development, sports, recreation, social focus working on one’s ability of academics and / or creativity excellence through her NPO ConquerYou. She won’t stop there, She continues to visit primary schools, ECD Centres, & Nursery schools on a daily basis helping thousands of kiddies get in shape with Mindfulness , focus, flex & be fulfilled dealing with academic stressors.

I am a dedicated yoga instructor specializing in Yin, Vinyasa and Hatha, with a passion for guiding individuals towards holistic well-being. My classes are designed to cater to all levels, providing a safe and supportive environment for everyone, whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned yogi. Alongside my teaching, I also offer deeply restorative Yoga Nidra sessions, allowing students to experience profound relaxation and peace. In addition to my yoga practice, I am a certified NLP and Life Coach. This unique combination of skills enables me to support my students beyond the mat, helping them cultivate a balanced and empowered mindset. I am committed to helping individuals achieve their personal and professional goals by integrating the principles of NLP and life coaching into my wellness offerings. Living in the beautiful city of Cape Town, I am inspired by the natural surroundings and organise half day retreats and wellness workshops. These retreats provide a sanctuary for participants to disconnect from the stresses of daily life and reconnect with themselves. My half day retreats focus on mindfulness ,self-care, and personal growth. Offering a blend of yoga, meditation and other self care modalities to foster overall Wellbeing. Modupeola concluded a 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at the Madoka Yoga Wellbeing Initiative based in Lagos, Nigeria in September 2018 and has been teaching yoga since October 2018. She also completed another Yoga Teacher Training at Proud Journey Yoga in May 2024. She has experience in teaching restorative yoga, vinyasa yoga and power yoga sequences for private and group classes.

Roger Masaba is a certified yoga instructor of the Baptist yoga practice. Achieved his level 1 in 2014, level 2 in 2015 at the Shine center studio in Nairobi. I have practiced Ashtanga and Afrikhan yoga practices, Yin and Hatha yoga. I have been teaching since 2014, reaching out to vulnerable communities and private classes. I have been an inspiration to most Ugandan and Tanzanian yoga teachers as a progression attempt for movement. Intention. I have attributed service to young people in communities located in Jinja, Tanzania and Kampala. Mainly I have attended to traumatized and depressed people, panic attacks, empowered individuals to find inner engineering, stroke patients, empowered artists, and most rewarding is the empowering students to realize potential to face Examination by dealing with fear and eventually achievement of outstanding performance. I have conducted retreats of organizations/ corporate companies, with the intention of making the team building exercise realistic and plausible. Currently am conducting sessions at Nella Organics Opulence and Tebere foundation at Ndere art center. The essence is to boost wellbeing in the communities there in. Goal. From an artistic angle I am a performing artist and with the integration of yoga to my creation and teaching movement or dance for over 25 years, the affirmation settles in when obtaining the structuring, standardizing and streamlining process to provide more accurate and productive elements of art that enhance and fuse effectively. The vitality facilitates a renewed holistic experience which in the end promotes longevity for the future to come.

A yoga instructor with the passion for understanding the human experience and the forces that drives our impulses, desires, and behaviors. Studying and contemplating Yoga philosophies, along side the Art and Science of Breathwork. Expressing my passions through teaching/facilitating, contemplative writing, and painting. Having completed my 200H YTT in the Sacred Valley of Per, and living there for some months, has enriched my contemplations with mysticism and indigenous wisdom. Also, studying with Breathwork Africa for two years has supported my investigation with the knowledge about the intricacies of the body, the brain and the nervous system, all in aid for creating a foundation for my search of the human essence and art and science of having faith in it all.

I’m a big believer in mental health is holistic health. When we take care of our mental health it pours over every part of our lives. Movement has always been a big part of my life, I enjoy hikes, walks, sport. I am great interpersonal skills, and a brilliant communicator, my glasses are strong , fun and playful.

Sibusiso Ngema is a dedicated yoga instructor and wellness coach with a strong focus on sustainability and community development. Certified by the Yoga Alliance and the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) as a Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga Teacher, He combines breath work, movement, mental health workshops, and psychosocial support to promote holistic health. As the founder of Move In Awe, he invests in the mental health of youth, promoting healthy lifestyles and providing resources to help them realize their purpose and excel in an innovative and inclusive environment

Trained Hatha Yoga under the Guidance of Sadghuru in India, the training was 6mnts, pairing training with volunteering in the Ashram gave way to creating Yoga spaces in South Africa and in Switzerland for people of color. I teach Hatha Yoga and Kundalini with gave me a sanctuary in South Africa as it opened doors for teachers of color and by adding movement with Yoga has given me a direction of how we worshiped our people and opened our hearts through movement and meditation through Yoga

Nandiwe’s passion for Yoga began during the 2020 lockdown period. As the catastrophe of the Coronavirus exploded in chaos, she went inner. Guided by her High Power, she discovered inner peace like nothing she has experienced before. Yoga and meditation opened an radical approach to extraordinary possibilities and manifestations. Simultaneously, her childhood traumas were addressed one breath at a time. In 2022 she decided to complete her Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) in a 300-hour Hatha qualification with Yoga Alliance International ( South Africa). Subsequently, she has opened her practice in South Africa, the United States, and online; offering sessions through private, group and corporate settings. In South Africa she regularly teaches at the well-known gym, Virgin Active, and private studios in Johannesburg. She carries a light and love that fills the room with positive vibrations that leaves her class in tranquility.
