Caroline Ntwanano is an internationally accredited professional group, corporate, private & prenatal yoga Instructor. She began her yoga journey in 2012 at the Maharishi Institute Johannesburg. Her hard work, passion & consistency comes with a strong business background which as a result she founded & is the CEO of NANOSQUAT WELLNESS, a wellness company focusing on teambuilding, fitness & yoga. In recognition of her talents she holds qualifications in Psychology, Radio, Marketing, digital branding & Nutrition. Inspired to do more her primary goal is to have yoga academies across Africa to help best intergrade and enhance academic productivity, human capacity development, sports, recreation, social focus working on one’s ability of academics and / or creativity excellence through her NPO ConquerYou. She won’t stop there, She continues to visit primary schools, ECD Centres, & Nursery schools on a daily basis helping thousands of kiddies get in shape with Mindfulness , focus, flex & be fulfilled dealing with academic stressors.

Gila has a deep love for helping others connect with their bodies as a way of moving through cycles of healing and contentment. Teaching yoga, especially Yin, allows her to create spaces that weave together a magical tapestry of yoga asana, breathwork and sound therapy, that allows clients to experience themselves in new and beautiful ways.

Savannah is a young, Kenyan yoga instructor. Her journey as a teacher began in 2017 when she earned her certification in Kerala, India. Having grappled with her own mental health challenges for years, Savannah discovered solace in yoga and felt compelled to delve deeper into its transformative power. During a transformative month in India, she immersed herself in the rich tapestry of yoga philosophy, simultaneously honing her practice. Through the years, Savannah has come to view yoga as a sanctuary she can always return to. Fueled by this profound connection, she aspires to guide others on their own transformative journeys, providing them with the tools needed to navigate life and nurture their mental well-being. In Savannah’s classes, you can anticipate a blend of invigorating breathwork, mindful movement, meditation, and carefully selected music designed to guide you seamlessly into the flow. Dr Ahmad is a multistyle Yoga Instructor, Neurosurgeon and integrated Health Coach He acquired his degrees from the Royal College of Surgeons, Michgan State University and Rishikesh Yoga School. His classes although being suitable for all levels, are firey and passion infused. He also offers Merudanda Yoga Classes, suitable for people who have problems with their back or those who wants to level up their practice with spine flexibility and mobility drills. He is also very friendly.

Roger Masaba is a certified yoga instructor of the Baptist yoga practice. Achieved his level 1 in 2014, level 2 in 2015 at the Shine center studio in Nairobi. I have practiced Ashtanga and Afrikhan yoga practices, Yin and Hatha yoga. I have been teaching since 2014, reaching out to vulnerable communities and private classes. I have been an inspiration to most Ugandan and Tanzanian yoga teachers as a progression attempt for movement. Intention. I have attributed service to young people in communities located in Jinja, Tanzania and Kampala. Mainly I have attended to traumatized and depressed people, panic attacks, empowered individuals to find inner engineering, stroke patients, empowered artists, and most rewarding is the empowering students to realize potential to face Examination by dealing with fear and eventually achievement of outstanding performance. I have conducted retreats of organizations/ corporate companies, with the intention of making the team building exercise realistic and plausible. Currently am conducting sessions at Nella Organics Opulence and Tebere foundation at Ndere art center. The essence is to boost wellbeing in the communities there in. Goal. From an artistic angle I am a performing artist and with the integration of yoga to my creation and teaching movement or dance for over 25 years, the affirmation settles in when obtaining the structuring, standardizing and streamlining process to provide more accurate and productive elements of art that enhance and fuse effectively. The vitality facilitates a renewed holistic experience which in the end promotes longevity for the future to come.

A yoga instructor with the passion for understanding the human experience and the forces that drives our impulses, desires, and behaviors. Studying and contemplating Yoga philosophies, along side the Art and Science of Breathwork. Expressing my passions through teaching/facilitating, contemplative writing, and painting. Having completed my 200H YTT in the Sacred Valley of Per, and living there for some months, has enriched my contemplations with mysticism and indigenous wisdom. Also, studying with Breathwork Africa for two years has supported my investigation with the knowledge about the intricacies of the body, the brain and the nervous system, all in aid for creating a foundation for my search of the human essence and art and science of having faith in it all.

Sibusiso Ngema is a dedicated yoga instructor and wellness coach with a strong focus on sustainability and community development. Certified by the Yoga Alliance and the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI) as a Vinyasa and Kundalini Yoga Teacher, He combines breath work, movement, mental health workshops, and psychosocial support to promote holistic health. As the founder of Move In Awe, he invests in the mental health of youth, promoting healthy lifestyles and providing resources to help them realize their purpose and excel in an innovative and inclusive environment
