She is a multidisciplinary artist with movement as her primary medium, founder of Hearts Heartist – an organization that produces multifaceted performances and is invested in community development using dance, yoga/meditation, and other artistic explorations.

I am a 500ERYT Instructor with over 5 years of teaching diverse groups of people. Accompanied by affirmations, I offer a gentle and nurturing practice that allows one to connect with their inner silence while building strength and capacity.

I am Akenyan, a yoga instructor based in Kenya, also known as @yogamamake . My journey with yoga is transformational since ihad to loose weight to be healthy, and became certified in 2018 to maintain consistency which eventually I was empowered to inspire others via the practice!

Stellah has a bachelors in International Business from the Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, Germany. She has pursued training in Yoga and Buddhism especially at Jivamukti Yoga Berlin and at a Buddhist Centre where she undertook courses in Buddhism and modern psychology.

Eniola, also known as Nio, is a certified yoga instructor on a mission to spread the transformative power of yoga. Since 2020, she has embarked on a personal journey of presence, patience, and self-love through yoga.

Aduke is a RYT – 200hrs from Lagos, Nigeria. Aduke helps her yoga students in their individual journeys to optimal health and wellbeing by providing them with access to tools to explore their bodies, connect with their breath, and cultivate mindfulness.
