Bio:

I’m a certified yoga teacher from Africa Yoga Project, Mindfullness champion and Hatha/Classical yoga studies and also a Filmmaker based in Sierra Leone, I teach community outreach with schools, children and adults. I have recently established relationship with universities of Makeni by teaching weekly classes. I also teach nurses. I have lots of experience in teaching children, footballers, nurses and community people.
