Rym Magdi started practicing yoga in 2015 and started teaching in 2018 when she got her 300TTC from Rishikesh, India. There she learned about hatha yoga, ashtanga yoga, pranayama, meditation, yoga sutras, mantras, anatomy and physiology. She believes that yoga can heal you and balances you inside out. She believes that Yoga is for everyone one and with the right understanding, it can help you overcome any physical, mental or emotional imbalances.
