I discovered yoga when I started cognitive therapy to overcome my anxiety disorder. Yoga was therapeutic and my journey has been phenomenal. The transformation yoga brought led me to study yoga on my own until I could teach and transfer the knowledge to others. Thus, I am a self-taught yogi who is dedicated to helping others improve their overall wellbeing through yoga. I get fulfillment from teaching yoga and I am always excited to share my journey and practice with others.
