Bio:

Meet Latif, the power yoga teacher who’s all about peace, love, and community. With a Level 1 certification in 2016 and Level 2 and 3 in 2017, Latif has dedicated his life to the practice of yoga. He graduated from Africa Yoga Project in 2019, and since then, he’s been sharing his passion for yoga with everyone he meets. Latif’s yoga journey has taken him from Acroyoga-Acrofit in 2016 to workshops in Hiphop Asana and Jivamukti-Jules Fabri. He even had the honor of meeting Sadhu Guru when he came to Africa and participated in his six-day workshop. Today, Latif runs his own brand, Yoga House Kampala, where he represents himself as “a man with a mat” and shares his message of peace and love with his community.
